  2. Amazing portraits. How friendly, open and happy most people seem in Iran, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. They let you into their soul and you captured them very well. It reminds me that everyone in the world just wants a happy life and tries to adapt to the situation, no matter how the circumstances in their country are. After all, we are not that different, are we…
    My favourite photo is also the Turkmeni woman with the baby.

    • Thanks for your kind words of encouragement, Jazz. What was different about this journey was the fact that people let me in by smiling at me, by offering me some tea and biscuits, and by simply being themselves. We are all the same, no matter what they tell us.
