The processing operations related to the web-based services that are made available via this website are carried out at the controller, in her blogging activity.
Relevant data include strictly contact information, such as email address and name, which can also be a nickname and whose indication is never compulsory.
No data resulting from web-based services is either communicated or disseminated.
Any personal data that is provided by users requesting to be sent information materials such as newsletters, annual reports, answers to questions etc. is only used to provide the service and/or discharge the tasks requested and is disclosed to third parties only if this is necessary for the said purposes.
Data retention processing and period
The processing of data will be carried out in compliance with the security measures set forth in art. 32 of the GDPR and of the National Regulations, by persons expressly appointed and appropriately trained, in compliance with the provisions of art. 29 GDPR.
The data will be processed in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and minimization for the time necessary to provide the information and services specifically requested by the “interested party”.
Rights of the interested party
The interested party has the right to ask the Data Controller to access the data pursuant to art. 15 GDPR, the correction and updating of data pursuant to art. 16 GDPR, the cancellation of data pursuant to art.17 GDPR (right to be forgotten), the limitation of the processing of data pursuant to art. 18 GDPR.
The Data Subject will also have the right to request data portability pursuant to art. 20 GDPR; may exercise the right to object to the treatment pursuant to art. 21 par.1 GDPR and the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Data Protection Authority) (Article 77 GDPR).
The interested party may also withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time. This also applies to the revocation of consent statements made before the entry into force of the GDPR. In this case, the revocation will be effective only for the future and will have no effect on the processing that took place before the same.
Automated decision-making processes and profiling
In the relations with the user, no automated decision-making process, including profiling, is used, pursuant to Article 22 of the GDPR.
